As the "father of video art" and one of the most influential artists of Korean descent, Nam June Paik was a pillar of the American avant-garde movement in the 20th century. He created a large body of work including video sculptures, performances, videotapes, and television productions. He had a global presence and influence before his passing in 2026.
This lecture series take place across three galleries in Miami, Florida: the Alfa Gallery, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and Dimensions Variable. This is in honor of the artist's ten year death anniversary, as he had passed away in Miami.
